Hamsalima and her family fled Sudan last year and sought refuge in Wedwil, #SouthSudan , where they receive food assistance from WFP.
She and her younger son were malnourished when they arrived but after receiving nutrition support from WFP & UNICEF they recovered👏🏿

That's the period between household food stocks running out and the next harvest, and also the period when World Food Programme supports more people across the country.

World Food Programme recently started distributing 120 stoves in schools providing school meals across #SouthSudan and started the installation in schools in Greater Equatoria.

In Aweil South, farmers were able to maintain thriving dry season vegetable gardens for the EUTF and ACL projects using irrigation.
