Whitmer Teaching Professions students showed the school board their SELF-WRITTEN book at tonight’s meeting!

At tonight’s board meeting, Meadowvale Elementary students talked about their experience at the Challenge Learning Center and a novel they were reading!

A group of McGregor students came to tonight’s board meeting to showcase all they are learning!

Imagine being this gifted so young! Whitmer Chamber Orchestra performed the National Anthem at tonight’s Board Meeting! What a treat this was!

Silver Creek Kdg. teacher, Ms. Hartnett let sweet Georgia, (Whitmer Junior & formerly in Ms. Hartnett's kindergarten class at Wernert!) have a cello concert for all 4 kdg. classes!

Through the support of the WLS Foundation, Ms. Steele took all of her Hiawatha 2nd graders to a farm, where they learned all about caring for animals! The kindergarteners even tagged along too! If you would like to help fund amazing experiences, donate at wlsfoundation.org!

Third graders at Shoreland had their very own market day becoming producers and consumers by creating and selling their own goods! They created & marketed products like pictures, purses, pokemon cards, cell phones, origami and animations- & were supportive friends in the process!

There is a student in Victoria’s class at Monac whose main language is Arabic. Victoria thinks she has the prettiest hair and wanted to tell her in her own language- so has been practicing how to say it in Arabic !! ❤️🫶🏽❤️🫶🏽
