On 25/01 between 11.45am – 12.30pm, speed awareness checks were conducted on Victoria Road, Elland.

The average speed caught on camera was 19mph.

Two Vehicles were caught at 25mph, and advice given.

On 24/01, the following vehicle was seen on Halifax Road in Todmorden.
A check showed that the tax had expired.
Further checks then revealed they only held a provisional licence.

The car was seized.

On 24/01/24 between 15.00 and 22.00 hours, #OpHawmill was in the Todmorden area

1 x vehicle seized, no insurance
1 x Person reported for driving on a provisional licence without supervision
2 x drivers reported for no tax
1 x driver advised re lights
1 x driver advised for speed

Today (25/01), PCSO Siegel and PCSO Cartman attended at Carr Green Primary School to speak with Year 5 & 6 children about their roles as Police Community Support Officers.

The officers really enjoyed their morning at the school and felt very welcomed.
