So I just ran into a former student who’s now in high school, and she said, “I was writing an essay today and I used the Oxford Comma and thought of you.”
And I’ve never been more proud.

Today I gave two books ( #HeartStopper 3&4 Alice Oseman Updates) to a student to borrow and she SCREAMED with excitement. The rest of the day almost doesn’t matter.

Today I was able to watch four students from my Anti-Racism Club give an insightful presentation to our faculty: “Battling Oppression and Racism at Stanford Middle School.” They were simply amazing.
