My daughter is on waiting lists for highschool programs for which is over-qualified because Toronto District School Board and other schoool boards in #onted have moved to a lottery and not a merit-based system. Explain this to me. Have we given up on kids earning anything through hard work?

Doug had the same percentage when he dropped out of Humber and didn't come back. Maybe, hopefully, history will repeat itself, and he'll just call it quits and walk away.
