I’m really pleased for Jack Macrae. Low on confidence after starting the season in the VFL, he showed tonight how much he’s still got to offer at AFL level when he plays in the midfield engine room.

Why would these two games start at the same time? There should, at the very least, be an hour gap in the starting times. Or, one of the two games should be played tomorrow rather than having only two games. It doesn’t make any sense!

This was a line-ball tackle from Charlie Cameron. But Jake Lever clearly exaggerates the situation to draw a free kick. Which is both dangerous to himself and also not in the spirit of the game.
