Northwick, Worcester this morning. Beautiful blue skies but quiet on the migrant front. 10 Little Egret feeding early morning, 6 arrived from the south. 8 later departed in the direction of Grimley. 3 Green Sandpiper. 4 Reed Bunting pairs. 9 Gadwall. 3 more Mallard broods (8,7,6)

THE BIRDING GODS DELIVERED! OSPREY slowly north over THE BIRDER'S STORE at 9:13 flushing every Gull within a half mile radius. Thanks so much for the shout Jon B , it took 45 minutes to cover the 5 miles between Clifton and here.

An apparent south western movement of Raptors today in Worcester with 17+ Buzzards (incl a flock of 11) and 2 Red kites all heading in that direction to the horizon. Good numbers also reported doing the same in Penn and Wombourne
