Why is this so hard for the Tories?

We can’t have a Foreign Secretary dodging scrutiny on arms sales to Israel. He must:

- Publish the foreign office legal advice.

- Take questions from MPs in the Bar of the House of Commons.

- Unequivocally commit to international law.
