An area of light rain just clipping the Atl coast NS this am (may just reach downtown HFX), moves to CB this aftn. Otherwise a fine sun-cloud mix and spotty showers today and Tuesday.
Similar forecast but a cooler north wind Wednesday.

The total rainfall from the most recent system was more-or-less consistent with the predicted pattern, with heaviest rain along the Atl coast from Halifax then into Victoria County. A smaller peak SW NB.

1:45pm: This group of downpours just about done for Halifax

Rain & gusty S winds now moved over E NS leaving 26mm in my gauge. Nice sunny breaks in places. Another band rain from Maine moves into SW areas this aftn then crosses region tonight.

I measured 15mm from the first band of rain last night. Expect similar amount from this second shot arriving in Halifax by around 4pm.

Bands of rain at times heavy moving across the region today & Saturday. Breaks in between, but still showery/drizzle in mild & gusty onshore southerly flow. Heaviest rain along Atlantic coast as well as Vic CB.
