Thank you to Zoë Garbett for listening to residents in my ward forced to pay the Fixed Estate Charge, who rightly say it is unfair and undemocratic and which they receive nothing in return for.

A Green Mayor would cut and freeze it at 2015 levels and work to scrap it altogether.
