My 91yo grandma just told me that she got a scam call from someone pretending to be me and needing money and at the end they said a cheque would be fine and she said “And who should I make it out to, since you’re obviously not Aaron” and they hung up on her.

What a legend.

When Matilda came to us, she buried herself under her bed and would not come out. A kind woman chose to give her a home anyway, never having even seen her. That was a year ago. Last night Matilda got on the couch beside her, gave her a slow blink and went to sleep.
