BREAKING: Two minors charged in connection to Chiefs rally shooting on Wednesday. Charges are gun related and resisting arrest with future charges expected.

KCPD Thurs Update: The 23 victims of yesterday’s rally shooting at Union Station range in ages 8-47yo. Half of the victims are under the age of 16. Lisa Lopez-Galvan, 43, died. Shooting happened after a dispute with several people. Two of three suspects in custody are juveniles.

UPDATE: 1 dead (working to ID and notify family), 22 injured (8 life-threatening some of whom are children);
3 ppl in custody linked to shooting. No motive right now.
