I was saddened to learn about the passing of long time City Councillor Diane Deans. My family and the Ward 5 team would like to express our condolences to those closest to her and the many people at the City who got to know Diane over the 28 years she served her community.

Thank you Carp and surrounding areas! This past weekend’s metals and ewaste collection was another resounding success! You donated 3 bins of metal, 1 bin of e-waste, 1 pallet of batteries and 5 garbage pails of insulated copper wire! We do it all again in October after the Fair

Committee Update: The Built Heritage Committee today recommended the City not withdraw the notice of intention to designate the building at 290 City Centre Avenue.

Police say it will be several hours before this part of the highway reopens.

The Site Alteration By-law was approved by Council in 2018 to regulate site alteration activities such as placing or dumping fill, removing topsoil, clearing vegetation, and altering the land grade. The by-law is now being reviewed. Have your say here: clarkekelly.ca/post/site-alte…
