I’m convinced that people don’t care about creating safe spaces for people to sit with their emotions instead they want to bombard people with solutions while they’re trying to figure out the emotions AND THE SOLUTION.

It’s not the solution-oriented part that’s an issue with certain people. It’s lacking in emotional intelligence. People who associate emotions and vulnerability with weakness and don’t think that can co-exist with logic/reason/rationale 🚩
