Lots of bleak media news headlines these days, but this one's particularly striking: Chair of Long Beach journalism nonprofit threatens to sue former and current employees over reporting that the nonprofit is facing an NLRB investigation.

I think it is bad that the chair of a journalism nonprofit is threatening to sue his own journalists for speech.

Texas cops aren’t just arresting journalists, they’re viciously assaulting them.

It’s been said already but can’t be said enough that these same troopers sat outside an elementary school pissing themselves and menacing parents while one guy with a gun massacred little kids. Real tough now though.

Imagine how many kids could’ve been saved at Uvalde if cops went in like this. But no this is just for anti-genocide protesters.
