if you don't understand why somebody is grieving for so long over something, consider yourself fortunate that you do not understand.

Sometimes resting is the most productive thing you can do for your body and soul. Stop guilt-tripping yourself for doing what’s best for you. If you don't schedule a break, your body will take one for you. And it probably won't be at a convenient time.

Trust your intuition. Your intuition is your guidance.

Don’t ever feel guilty for making people uncomfortable with your light and energy. Specifically when it comes from a place of authenticity. May your purest essence be a reminder that it is safe for others to take up space.

accept people as they are, but place them where they belong..

Never underestimate the power of prayer.
