Now buried in Burmese Sanskrit manuscripts I can't read. Some observations: vocalic ṛ doesn't look anything like the Unicode letterform u+1056 ၖ. Towards the end of line 2 မၖဂါ (mṛga=deer) appears twice, မ carrying the vowel below, not inline. Same with ကၖတ kṛta on line 7...
