Yes, and what this chart shows is that what Biden has done is also way off track from what's needed to avert climate catastrophe.

The right has one strategy: keep people uninformed. That’s why they’re always on a quest to ban books, history, and any channel for progressive thought. Then they create hysteria to justify it.
