I appeal to Iran and Israel to exercise maximum restraint and avoid escalation in the region which will resolve nothing. The world needs to stay focused on ending the war in Gaza and the occupation, release of hostages and urgent humanitarian aid.

Another major ruling, Ranjinth Singh v Union of India - that recognizes the “right to be free from the adverse effects of climate change” that draws, innovatively on right to equality as well as right to life. Courts are leading the way. When will reality catch up? ⁦
