s100 is as it stands. But that’s not the point. You have to consider s101 which requires the nomination of a VP. That’s where the non compliance is and it’s a big issue. Who has he nominated to act for what period?

No one should rely on ethnicity to whip up emotions as they pursue a selfish, corrupt & captured agenda. One way of protesting this abuse is thru refusing to recognize their membership of the ethnic group they seek to take advantage of. Bastardize their name if you have to.

s101(1)(a) requires that one of the VPs be nominated to act last so that in the event of the death or resignation of the President, that particular VP takes over until there is a substantive appointment through the Speaker. That provision has been violated. Is it becoz of FEAR?

To the left is s100 as reflected in Optima. To the right, is the same provision as given by Veritas. These two are my sources. Does anyone have a different version of s100 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe?
