OUR LAND

“Words uttered cannot undo
The damage that this war will do.

Yet words can speak where silence masks
The true cost when such conflict lasts.

Let us pause and understand
That peace begins with open hand.

For in the end we share one land
And must unite as fellow man.”

I wish you could schedule whatsapp messages like emails. In the mood to respond to a bunch of messages but who wants to be that weirdo messaging ppl at 4:55am?! 😖

Black people keep on being found dead in rivers, lakes and seafronts in the UK and we keep being told by the police before any investigations are carried out that these deaths are not “suspicious” including Blessing Olusegun, Richard Okorogheye. It is not adding up.
