Cancer is what happens when a bastard cell loves itself way too much.

I hear this a lot with parking spaces etc, but we need to fight this urge to assume people are faking their disabilities. Tho a tiny fraction of people do this, the skeptical posture hurts actual disabled people. /3

I was recently at a graveside service, and I wanted to sit down bc my energy level with cancer wanes. However, there were several older people around standing, and I didn't want to take their seats and look rude, since I did not look like I had a disease (was wearing a wig). /1

I'm not sure if the feeling I've been struggling with lately is a new-mom-thing or a medical-mom thing. I would love any advice from others who felt similarly!

Found out today about Cancer Canuck (Jason Manuge) 🇨🇦🦀💙 passing. Very sad, another beautiful soul taken too soon. Will be having a Mojito in his honour tonight, I’m fairly certain it’s what he would have wanted. RIP Jason 💔

Hi everyone. It’s Shannon-Jason’s spouse aka Mrs. Canuck. I wanted to share the news of his passing here as it was such a major part of his journey.
Jason passed away Friday, April 5th peacefully with his Dad and I by his side.

Jason was an amazing human and I feel so grateful…
