This is the problem with almost every conversation about fair pay and wages, on both sides: people compare to themselves--or people they know--rather than to an actual, objective, livable wage.

don’t take this lightly:

being able to consistently pay your bills, maintain a certain level of livelihood + security & finance even the slightest part of a social life off of the merit of your Creativity & ideas you turn into reality —— is something to be EXTREMELY proud of.

Sad to report that if you just get up and start doing things, they get done.
