Really interesting hearing the Swedish Minister for health speaking about their approach to loneliness inspired by the clear evidence of its health impacts - it is clear that the work that has happened in the UK has led the way globally #NextFiveYears

‘The measure was partly inspired by efforts in the UK and Japan, which have appointed national ministers to address loneliness.’

The UK should be proud of its leadership on loneliness and we should be building and building on the 2018 strategy.
