Some of the people I work with need time off work after being raped and sexually assaulted.

Many can barely leave their houses, let alone go straight back to work.

Employers aren't always understanding but their GPs are. GPs having this capacity is vital to mental health.

I was invited for my first mammogram recently. I wanted to share my experience on camera so perhaps other women who are invited and are not sure whether to attend, can use the information my experience to decide for themselves . 1/4

We are all one accident, one illness, one trauma away from being unable to work.

Not everyone has millions in the bank or is married into billions.

If benefits stop after a year people will die.

I eventuated a nurse led upper GI cancer service. The nurse was an accredited upper GI endoscopist & cancer CNS. Her referrals were excellent, her safety record was excellent, colleagues valued her opinion, they did not see her as some kind of supplementary worker.

I know Ive tweeted this a bit this week but its just the best news! The work over the last couple of years The RCN has done makes it feel much more like a Royal College
