What we're seeing with Twitter isn't a generational genius revealing himself to be a rabid idiot, but just the latest cycle of cultural martyrdom. We have a tendency to deify people, then tear them down soon after, with both based on unfair expectations.

Exact same thing is true for VCs - founders deserve partners who work as fast and hard as they do!

Being a founder can be lonely. In climate it can be especially so with the weight of the world on your shoulders. So glad we could get the community together and celebrate the fact that we're ultimately all on the same team!
