I can't help but be horrified by how video and images of terrifying incidents are shared so openly and quickly on social media. Be responsible and don't share. This is not a game or TV programme but real lives.

Interesting thought. Every time I am in hotels or working away I am shocked by the lack of women. Breakfast always feels like a very male environment.
