So the description I wrote sounds tough and above senior level, so HR, or more likely ZipRecruiter, adds a common numerical year indicator that correlates to skill

G Cycles @amcod3 Sebastián Ramírez Mikaeri Ohana Yeeees, but also cut them some slack. HR can have one of the most deceptively tricky jobs out there. Staffing/hiring is something they're expected to be frontlines on, but to your point, they're often not qualified.
So if you're ever in a position to hire, help your HR rep out.

And no one will have more than 12 months experience using it.

Gives no indication Of actual depth of experience or environments in which the experience was gained. The point is that in reality, yrs of experience doesn’t correlate to skill level.

G Cycles @amcod3 Sebastián Ramírez Mikaeri Ohana Long story short. These are written by HR or a program. Don't look at it as a requirement. Look at it as a test. If you can do the job, how can you get your resume past Ziprecruiter's scanner or HR to talk to the person that knows what's up and prove it.
