As always, thank you very much! Interesting that the Kremlin media devote so much space to this decision & their defensive arguments sound very weak. To me, this suggests that the Kremlin feels that the Russian public opinion has become more skeptical/critical of the war.

Lovely to hear that the EU has finally banned the FSB agent Kirill, who has blessed Russia's illegal warfare against Ukraine. The next step should be that the International Criminal Court indict him for that.
