Golf club members have contractual rights, capable of enforcement, and here a judge came to the aid of a man whose cherished membership of a prestigious golf club was cancelled irrationally and in bad faith. buff.ly/2RyqmeJ

Many of the UK's businesses are partnerships, yet the laws which govern them date back to the Victorian era. Here, the High Court considered whether the partnership had been dissolved when its legal practice was transferred to a limited company. buff.ly/2SWr0Ug

Although an employment tribunal ruled that ethical veganism is a belief protected by discrimination legislation, it is important to remember that it is a judgement of the first instance employment tribunal & does not implement any change in the law
