It’s bad enough when you have to get up way before the roosters start crowing but when your coffee maker decides not to work, that’s insulting.

I am still livid from 17’s dr appt yesterday. She was near hyperventilation, hr in the 130s. She was in acute distress. I know my child best and I know the root cause of the last several days. Did the PA-C listen to me? No. He unleashed mama lion and 17 is finally on the mend.

17 is going to try working her shift today.

Never underestimate the power of an angry mama.

So the ED prescribed 17 albuterol for a nebulizer and told us we can get a machine at any pharmacy. Pharmacy needs a prescription for a nebulizer. You can’t just walk in and buy one. Epic fail by the ED and now we may need to go back for a breathing treatment.

This is so freaking amazing.

The downside of living where you grew up. 17’s pre-calc teacher recognized her because we look alike. Asked her if I was her mom. Then today, she brought the damned yearbook in to show 17. Daughter pulls out her phone and shows my senior pic as my contact pic on her phone. 🤣

We get water delivered through Costco every 2 week. No interruptions throughout the pandemic up until this week. When precautions are abandoned, this is what we get.

My employer is so anti work from home that they’d rather us sit in the office for hours while the power is out even though most of us can seamlessly work at home. So, I’m just sitting here on my phone doing nothing.
