The state government is set to deliver $1 million in funding to the RSPCA to help crackdown on animal cruelty.

petsam If anyone is looking for an alternate charity - may I suggest The Delta Society. Therapy Dogs....my old dog and I used to visit aged care dementia wards on their behalf. Amazing work - it costs $800 to train/insure a dog and volunteer for a year.
