The The Irish Times has published my letter about gender identity and religion and why the religious comparison is helpful. Itโs even the โletter of the dayโ ๐คฏ
The EHRC a year ago effectively said a year ago the NHS Confederation could encourage unlawful discrimination in relation to patients requesting same-sex care. The NHS Confederation hasn't reviewed it. It is more guilty of culture wars than ministers on this.

If NHS Confederation doesn't want a 'culture war' why did it publish guidance encouraging hospitals to act unlawfully on requests for single-sex care? Guidance is *still* online despite fact I & others have pointed out it gets the law wrong.

Cath Leng So good she said it twice. And on the other occasion (3 years earlier) she openly demonstrated a clear intention, as Minister for Women and Equalities, to 'fix' the GRA consultation from the outset. Luckily she didn't last long enough to do that. youtube.com/watch?v=RkP-dyโฆ
