Picked the boys up from school just in time to see the eclipse with them (only 40% but still so very cool). Sharing moments like that with them when I grew up obsessed with astronomy is just so special 😭

Overrated: running after eating too much sugar to burn calories.

Underrated: running after eating too much sugar because you need to get rid of the insane amount of pent up energy you now have and you want to sleep tonight.

Dno who needs to hear this but it’s okay to let kids play sports just to have *fun* and move their bodies and make friends. You don’t have to push them to be “elite” or try to make them college or pro level players. Most won’t be anyway. Just let the kids play.

Cleared out my junk emails just from the last 3 weeks (I got lazy and ignored them, k?). I regularly unsubscribe from stuff. I STILL HAD 387 junk emails. That’s 18 junk emails a day on average. If you ever wonder why I don’t see/respond to emails, it’s because it’s lost.
