As a Jets fan I have mixed feelings. Sad the deal never went through years ago for us to get our franchise back. Sad to see another city lose their team. Happy for Utah getting a team. And wondering why Arizona was allowed/able to hold on this long. Such a long ordeal…

My boyfriend constantly asks me questions about how to grow plants. Jokes on him as despite writing about plants I do not have a green thumb at all. That trait skipped me in my farming family.

This was a great project and a fantastic conference! Effective knowledge extension is difficult, rewarding, and important. I think this unique approach to a conference summary is a move in the right direction. Thanks, Soy Canada!

Thinking about my colleagues at CTV who have lost their jobs in the mass layoffs today. But I'm also thinking about news consumers in Canada. We need various sources of credible news in this age of disinformation. Choice and competition make for better journalism.

Such a huge loss. W5 is an amazing program that has provided needed in-depth dives at issues that daily news couldn't do. Sad to see the local national coverage disappear also. The Prairies won't get as much coverage on the top watched national news program....

I really didn’t think it was going to happen this year. Happy to be proved wrong but I hope the warm temps don’t cause it to close right away….
