Finally found her again in act3, having been armed with knowledge before starting a durge run.

Walking around act 3 really has the feel of a DM having to pull names out of their ass for the random NPCs the players decide to focus on. Just ask Bunt Chugley, Grundlgornn, Spatula Farggo, Tooralooralayo, Pickles, or Slumgullion.
