We're getting ready to farewell our boarding students later today as they head home for this weekend's exeunt, after some of our Year 7 and 8 boarders last weekend had a chance to have some fun with their Grammar family at Extreme Bounce. 🤎💙💛

Earlier this month, Johan was awarded a High Distinction at the Northern Star Chess tournament, securing his entry into the Primary Open Semi-Finals. Johan placed second in the tournament, winning 5 out of 6 games - an amazing achievement.

Well done to Natasha Petrov and Alex Bourke, who were selected as Team Vic 15 and Under Umpires with SchoolSportVictoria - Natasha and Alex will be umpiring games between state teams at the national championships here in Ballarat from 22 to 29 July. 🎉🎉

Today we joined together for our Term 2 Staff Day, and welcomed back many staff from their break. We thank all the staff in Property & Services, Administration, and CEEd staff who worked throughout the holiday period to ensure a smooth start to the term.

In Term 1, our Year 9 students spent time learning about all things sustainability, then put on their superhero capes and shared their knowledge with our CEEdlings! 🌱 A chance for our CEEd and Middle School students to learn together.

Our Junior School community had a joy-filled day last Friday, supporting each other as everyone participated in the Junior School Athletics carnival. We challenged our students and they responded, had fun, and learned so much about what they are capable of! 💙💛💚❤️

We are so proud of our partnership with Eat Up and Alfredton Rotary reaching a milestone 40,000 sandwiches this week. Thanks to the whole team including our amazing teachers who support and help make it happen!

Well done to our swimmers yesterday at the ICCES Swimming Carnival. Our swim team took home the overall trophy, the Junior, Intermediate, and Senior girls' shields. Congratulations to Sophia Beaton and Zoe Schnyder, who also won their respective age group championships! 🏆🏆🏆
