In Scotland, attitudes to flags were very different from England. More than half of all Scots (51%) felt they were best represented by the Saltire. Those who voted Conservative in 2019 were the only group more likely to name the Union flag than the Saltire (by 34% to 20%).

Westminster is a stinking and incompetent mess

Good Morning Scotland has had to issue a correction on air after broadcasting inaccurate information about the Peter Murrell story. The Crown Office had to contact them to correct what was said. The station is as reliable as a tabloid newspaper.

Most folk will have missed this bit of polling news. Keir Starmer's satisfaction rating is -31. Yes minus thirty one. Only 25% are satisfied with his performance with 56% dissatisfied.
