The MBTA has announced new weekend service added to the Lynn Ferry between Lynn and Boston. 11 trips will run each weekend beginning May 25th. ⛴️

After 2-years of planning, special permits have been granted to begin construction on 24 units of housing over retail in Downtown Danvers. One special permit was required to count on street parking for retail uses... just as the prior building did for decades.
