Nearly 100 stranded individuals seek shelter at a tent at the SMD Area of the North Port Passenger Terminal in Manila while they wait for boat trips to their home provinces. ABS-CBN News
Some stranded individuals at the North Port Passenger Terminal use container vans as temporary shelters. They say it is difficult to observe physical distancing as they cram inside container vans during heavy rains. ABS-CBN News
Some of the stranded passengers have been staying here since August 2. Their trips to the provinces were suspended because of the reimposed MECQ. Most of them say they have been relying on donations from volunteers and port personnel. ABS-CBN News
