Hopefully their members actually get to see their own results/data. OSSTF Communications refuses to share member priorities data with actual members. They love keeping members in the dark so that there is no accountability.

Maybe an unpopular take amongst my colleagues; remedies are a huge win for but the amt awarded is still a pittance, still below COLA, still nowhere near where other sectors are landing on the pay scale. Letโ€™s not throw a parade for what amts to -2.5%/year
