Exactly this…There was a disconnect with the Jays and their fans last year and this offseason just added fuel to the fire

The Manager/FO isn’t very likeable and the team sure as hell isnt enjoyable to watch

Biggio is an X-factor for this team

Last season after May 23rd, he hit 266/378/407 in 270 ABs

There has been so much mediocrity prior to that extended stretch that it’s tough to suggest he is that player again but if he is….big X factor

My 2024 take: Vladdy needs to rake

The rotation is strong and the supporting cast should be good enough but VGJ remains the most important guy on this team

Either he brings it altogether and leads them into WS contention or he doesn’t and the team falls short

I’m sure he’s a useful player but man it feels like the Jays were way too aggressive to sign this guy over his versatility compared to similar free agent signings
