#FoxBusiness . Mornings with Maria. The housing market is a key economic indicator. When home prices decline it has a compounding effect on our economy that will suck everything down with it and the life of our economy.
#FoxBusiness . Mornings with Maria. Fred Smith’s powerful message about how the projected declines of FedEx & UPS business could affect about 12% of the US GDP is a signal that we’re heading in a downward spiral that’s going to cause continued compression on consumers and businesses.
#FoxBusiness . Mornings with Maria. In the Georgia area we’re already seeing existing home prices drop. The increase in mortgage rates will force homeowners to stand down or reduce their prices significantly if they want to sell their homes. It’s a buyers’ market.
