Happy National Walk to School Day, Boise! It is so important that we have parks, pathways and schools for Boiseans to enjoy. I was happy to have a safe, fun walk with my friends at Horizon Elementary this morning.

It was great to speak with Mayor Gates and Mayor Rennemeyer during the Northern Colorado Trade Mission Tribe Development visit to Boise. I loved the chance to share our beautiful City of Boise for all that she is.

Primrose Park will put 600 households within a 10-minute walk to a park, and it was special to celebrate the groundbreaking with families who will enjoy it upon completion.
