Each day brings us a new chance to make mistakes and to do something awesome. Do not be afraid of either, both of them give us a chance to do better tomorrow.

Good night Moon.

For today's post, I want to build on yesterday's post and answer the question 'What services does Synapticure provide?'

Sandra Abrevaya's answer will amaze you at how much we can do through a virtual clinic.

A group of kids came to my door. I am used to this because of my daughter’s friends but this was different.

They were here to give me the money that they had raised with a lemonade stand to fight ALS.

I am amazed by their kindness and inspired by them.

Good night Moon.

Every afternoon this week, I will post a video explaining what Synapticure is, what it does, and how much it will cost you to be seen by our amazing doctors and care coordinators.

I want to thank the team at Roon.com for allowing us to share these videos.

Today I spent the whole day with my family and my brothers’ families and my mom. It makes me realize how lucky I am despite having ALS.

Here’s to more days like today.

Good night Moon.

There was a time when Tommy, the big one in this photo, and I would walk into a bar and ask people if they thought we were brothers.

The answer was always no. Surprise we are!

I often forget this and so just wanted to share in case it helps someone out there.

All of us spend a lot of time wondering if we are living a good life. Maybe it’s time to stop wondering and focus on living each day as best we can.

Good night Moon.

However you feel today, it is important to name the emotions you are feeling. Once you do, you should remember that emotions come and go and that today does not define you. Only you can define you.

There are days where I am despondent about living with ALS. Today is not one of those days. Today I feel excited for life and grateful to be here with all of you.

Good night Moon.

Thank you all who took the time to reply. I am so grateful to and for you. I have to confess that I made it through only ten replies before I broke down in happy tears. Thank you for your beautiful words.

Caregiving is one of the least understood aspects of having someone you love diagnosed with a rare disease.

Please join my wife, Sandra Abrevaya, and the amazing Ai-jen Poo for an open and honest conversation about caregiving.

You can see this live on Instagram tomorrow at 7 PM ET.
