Movies and shows take years out of your life to make- why do that to yourself for something thats already been done?

That being said- there have been a few great remakes.

EEAAO is an incredible film and all its awards are well deserved and I just hope and pray that Hollywood can see its success as a cue to take more chances on ORIGINAL stories, stories from the heart, storytellers outside of the 'norm.'
