Delighted to see that Medical Branch Ratings now have a path to become Doctors within the Royal Navy without having to leave the service! Med School while earning a salary, military pension and having tuition fees paid is awesome! #medschool #doctor 🩺
We live in an #airdefence #AirDefense world. Acknowledge it, understand it, respect and resource it.
I know WW3 and all that but I have a Q? When did Hash Browns sneak their way into the starting line up of a cookhouse full English? I’m thinking early 90s? Could British_Army_Chefs-RLC offer an idea?
It's National Gin and Tonic Day. The gin and tonic became popular after the British Army used the concoction to administer quinine and combat malaria. The Royal Navy created their own tonic to prevent scurvy by adding lime and lemon to gin.

I literally switch off whenever I hear any politician say “ we need to have a grown up conversation”. Utterly meaningless. BBC Radio 4
How to fill one’s Easter weekend. Post endless sepia photos of follically enhanced infantrymen from the Crimean War, confident that this will irretrievably seal the argument about beards. #ponytailsnext British Army 🇬🇧
Two good things from the beards announcement. 1.The Army in London won’t be choking on toxic plumes of cheap aftershave.2. Less time required for ablutions The Infantry Training Centre so more time for beastings in the field. Other than that 🤦♂️🤦♂️
