Our industry is tough.

- It doesn’t matter who you “know”
- Getting top-tier placements is an art + science
- You have to be scrappy, adaptable, and tenacious to succeed

But also

TL;DR: Students who embody scientific dispositions familiar to faculty are easily recognized and rewarded with more opportunity to develop cultural capital in science.
