There is zero evidence Hamas has ever “thrown gay people off roofs” — yet this is repeated, again and again, as if it’s fact. I think it begins with a video of ISIS that was falsely attributed to Hamas.

Just endless misinformation.

The Greens may be heading for their best performance ever.

Bristol is starting to look *very* exciting.....

The fact that the Greens, Liberal Democrats and independent candidates gained more seats combined than Keir Starmer's Labour party is further evidence that people do not want Starmer to be prime minister.

You are either for or against the genocide of the Palestinians. There is no middle ground, there is no centrist third way.

Greens are set to break records again today.

Clearly there's now a substantial and nationwide appetite for a party to the left of Labour. Gaza demonstrably having an impact too. I suspect this insurgency will only grow with a Lab government.

In my fifty-odd years as an active socialist I have encountered some pretty nasty elements within the Labour movement, but never have I come across a worst group than Starmer's Labour.

That tweet today is beyond obnoxious.

Jamie Driscoll accepts defeat with grace, Labour blames their losses on Hamas.

Jamie is a class act and Labour are bunch of revolting racists.

Unsurprisingly, the king didn't agree to handing over control of the militia to those who were in rebellion against him.
Can't think why.
So unreasonable of him!

Notable that the Greens and Independents combined have gained almost the same number of seats as Labour…

A spectacular defeat for Tories but not so sure such a spectacular win for Labour

Maybe Labour should try inspiring people instead of placating morons

This is racist.

Muslim voters, indeed voters of any faith and none, who rejected Labour because of the crisis in the Middle East should not be compared to Hamas.

This source needs to be disciplined. The party must not continue to tolerate this kind of anti-Muslim bigotry.

Just to clarify: I support George Galloway on Gaza, he's an important voice on the issue, in parliament and on the media, one of very few.
I do not support his rhetoric about gay people and gay relationships.

Anti-migrant rhetoric has poisoned our politics for decades. Without a principled fightback, it will poison it for decades to come.

My piece for Tribune on why we will always stand up for refugees, whoever is in power.
