Good weekend at the weekend but my times could have been better at the u17 senior para champs silver on Saturday 100m 13:30 sessions best 200m Sunday bronze 27:79 but back on that that grind I would like to thank my club Cumbernauld acc and my coach Stephen all of the official

Had a great race on Wednesday 12:20 in the 100m cant believe it and the session is not even over yet there is more to come definitely

Had my first race at Coventry at the weekend really happy with my results the times need to come down a bit but happy with all of my races cam 3rd in my heat to Q for the B final with a time of 13:48 B final 13:46 and a 4th place finish and then winning the 200m final 🇬🇧🇬🇧🎉🎉

What can I say had a fantastic weekend for this great bunch of people I am so lucky to be part of such an amazing group of people we smashed this on Saturday it was good to see so many young people there
